Who's Who in the Superman Comics

Metropolis Union Station

The first and last stop for all commuters traveling the Rail Whale. It leaves you in the heart of the city. The Whale also serves connections for travelers going outside the city. As yet, the Rail Whale system has not been tried for cross-country travel. The Rail Whale is named for its insurmountable size. These behemoths of the Metropolis Transportation Authority can handle the rush hour crunch easily with its triple decker passenger cars. Their route takes them uptown, downtown, and all around the metro area, including through some of the cities buildings. Accesses to the passenger cars are available on the first and third tier levels. Most of the above ground stations are located 50 stories up, connecting them to Metropolis' already famous sky walkways.
