August 13, 2007: New “Superman: President Lex” Fan Film in Production
Joe Hyrkas of Oakdale, Minnesota emailed the Superman Homepage to let us know that he's working under the coordination of a local stunt company by the name of Tumblemonster Prodcuctions and his own makeshift company by the name of Smoking Duck Productions to produce a fan-film called "Superman: President Lex".
- We have just finished most of Pre-Production and screen tests along with call backs for "Superman: President Lex". I know this story has been worked into many other fan films before now, but we feel that ours represents more of a homage to the Norman Rockwell style that Richard Donner once portrayed in the late 70s.
