May 6, 2007: Brandon Routh at Collectormania UK

Brandon Routh is in attendance at the Collectormania convention in Milton Keynes in the UK this weekend, and we received the following reports from a couple of fans who attended.

Dawn Jones (DJintheUK) passed on our well wishes from the Superman Homepage, and Brandon responded with a knowing grin, "A ha. Yes. I know the one. Tell them thanks."

Dawn tells us Brandon was very friendly, and just had a very calm presence about him, adding, "I went to the photo session, which through no fault of Brandon's, was over so quickly. So to get through everyone [the sessions were running behind and I guess they needed to make sure everyone who'd paid for their photo got one], I barely remember it other than they took a picture twice which made me panic from nerves. So who knows what the expression on my face in the second photo will be!"

Jim Vincent emailed in a number of photos too, telling us, "I met him on a number of occasions and he signed various things for me." (see photos below)

"All three times I met him, he was more than happy to talk, shake hands, and even though it wasn't really allowed, he gave a little smile for our camera!" With Brandon Routh scheduled to appear again tomorrow (Monday) Dawn adds, "My advice to other fans is to GET THERE EARLY. I arrived at 8:30am and it took over 3 hours to get an autograph. So worth it though. When I left Brandon was up to over 650 ticket holders [for autographs] and that was just day 1!"
