May 10, 2012: Superman Proposes to Girlfriend in China

In the Jiangsu province city of Lianyungang, China an unnamed man donned a Superman costume and "flew" in from 20 storeys high via a crane, to propose to his girlfriend.

With the ring and a large bunch of red and pink balloons in hand, the bespectacled young man landed on the street and asked his shocked girlfriend to marry him. She accepted and the happy couple rode off on a scooter to (hopefully) live happily ever after.
