June 19, 2012: Tiny LEGO Superman Flies Over London

A tiny LEGO Superman figure flew 500 metres above the city of London (attached to an expensive RC helicopter) in preparation for the UK release of the "LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes" video game on June 22.

His flight saw him flying like a speeding bullet, sort of, above Hyde Park, Docklands, Primrose Hill and Soho.

Stunt organiser Gavin Murrell, from Kaos RC, said: "As massive fans of the LEGO games, we wanted to replicate what you can do in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes."
