June 4, 2004: “Smallville” Season 4 to Start in September/October
A few weeks ago the New York Times published an interview with the WB's Jordan Levin where he mentioned the possibility Smallville might not air in the fall after all and could be held back as a mid-season replacement series. This came only two days after the WB announced their fall schedule.
However this will not come to pass. The Superman Homepage spoke with "Smallville" Executive Producer Al Gough who told us that there is no truth to the NY Times report and that "Smallville" Season 4 will premiere sometime in the U.S. Fall (most likely October, although no firm date has been set at this stage).
