January 28, 2004: Beyonce and Depp in New Superman Movie?
An anonymous source has contacted various websites today with information regarding new casting frontrunners for the up-coming Superman movie.The information given indicates that, as of yesterday afternoon, Warner Bros. has indicated they want singer/actor Beyonce Knowles in the part of Lois Lane and Johnny Depp as Lex Luthor.
This is supposedly the new direction that the WB and McG currently want to take the project. However no official confirmation has come from the WB, so again this should be treated as a rumor until more is known.
