June 15, 2000: Superman DVD Update
The DVD File website reports that a spokesperson for Warner Bros. says an official announcement (which was expected to come late spring/early summer) on the Superman DVD will have to wait until at least late August, but WB assures us that it will come in the year 2000. However, at last week's Metropolis Superman Celebration in Illinois, Marc McClure (Jimmy Olsen) hinted that the disc could be a Christmas release. Also, both Margot Kidder and Marc McClure confirmed they have been interviewed for the DVD, so we will definitely see them in the supplementary section.
