A complete outfit worn by Christopher Reeve in "Superman: The Movie" and "Superman II" fetched US$56,400 and Helen Slater's "Supergirl" costume went for US$12,925. The auction of Hollywood memorabilia at Christie's East in New York brought in more than US$1.6m in total.
