Bob Holiday

November 19, 2008: More Videos Added to SupermanBobHoliday.com

Across the years and the miles, fans of the original Broadway production of "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman" have shared their favorite musical memories of the show and of its star, Bob Holiday, with lasting enjoyment.

Joining Bob onstage in 1966 to perform and sing the show's rich collection of Charles Strouse and Lee Adams tunes were such talents as the beautiful Patricia Marand, the debonair Jack Cassidy, and the comical Michael O'Sullivan, all of whom were nominated for Tony Awards that year for their roles in the show.

Recently, several fans shared their favorite "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman" musical memories with Bob Holiday. Web Hostess Toni Collins combined those memories with stills from the show and music from the original cast CD, so that you, too, can enjoy them.

Two videos of Musical Memories from "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman" can now be viewed in the "Broadway Memories" section of SupermanBobHoliday.com. These videos join "The Story of Superman" (a fictional newsreel starring Bob Holiday that was shown as part of the original musical) and Bob's rare TV appearance as Superman in a 1966 episode of the classic game show "I've Got a Secret".

More Musical Memories will be added at a later date, check the website regularly for more to come!
