October 16, 2011: Toy News from New York Comic Con

Spy vs Spy Jim Lee's design for a Composite Superman/Batman "Spy vs Spy" action figure was revealed by DC Comics for New York Comic Con this weekend.

    In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Spy vs. Spy, DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Jim Lee joins the ranks of other artists who've each made their mark on the iconic spy design (in toy form) - including Weird Al Yankovic, Bob Staake, Peter Kuper, Michael Allred, the Prohias family, Bill Amend, Pendleton Ward, Bill Morrison, Thomas Weiser and Casey Willis, the legendary Al Jaffee and many more.

Polly Pocket While ActionFigureInsider.com reports that Mattel will repurpose their 2010 DC Comics Polly Pocket figures as Target Halloween exclusives.

    Only Supergirl and Wonder Woman have been reused and given the extra Halloween accessory. These can be found in the Halloween section at Target now.
