ProjectCasting.com is advertising an open casting call for "Superman: Legacy" for an actor for a leading role.Going under the production name of "Genesis," James Gunn's upcoming film "Superman: Legacy" is looking for a male actor, portraying an older, weathered character who is of South Asian (Indian), Kurdish, or Pakistani descent.
"We are looking for someone with a unique and interesting look. This role is perfect for individuals who embody resilience, depth, and a rich cultural heritage."
With production scheduled to start in March, anyone interested in this part should apply ASAP.
The cast of "Superman: Legacy" features David Corenswet as Superman/Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, and MarÃa Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer.
Directed by James Gunn, "Superman: Legacy" is scheduled to be released July 11, 2025.
