Zack Snyder has shared a colored image of Darkseid as he’ll appear in the Snyder Cut of “Justice League” to premiere on HBO Max in 2021.

Teased during “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” the lord of Apokolips did not show up during the theatrical cut of “Justice League,” with his minion Steppenwolf becoming the main villain of that film. According to Snyder, Darkseid was supposed to be the central figure during the film’s history lesson sequence and other scenes.
Actor Ray Porter was recently revealed as the voice behind Darkseid, talking to LightCast about how long he’s had to keep the secret, and how he felt when Zack Snyder made the announcement earlier this week.

Right?? I feel like this, along with zod and doomsday had very generic looks to them. You could’ve done something very special/cool By translating them from page to screen, but each design has been very underwhelming.
