I like the trailer WB. Now how about actually using the John Williams Superman theme song for a Superman HBO Max series starring Brandin Routh??? WB, you’re already using the multiverse concept for your movies and shows, there is plenty of room for more than one version of the Man of Steel for every media platform. A Brandon Routh Superman series could be a hit on HBOmax. Just picture it WB. For the next 5 to 7 years from February to August we would have Superman and Lois on the CW. But from August to February we could have Routh’s… Read more »

I was thinking something similar, Superman2878. My first thought was, “WB can use the John Williams Superman theme for Krypto, but they can’t use it use it for any kind of live-action Superman during these modern times.” – – The decisions WB make constantly baffles me.

Yeah,I just don’t understand why they aren’t doing anything either. He had a huge positive reaction for his Superman from viewers in last year’s crossover, he still looks the part, he does a phenomenal job in the role, he still would be interested in the role if asked, and fans would love to see his Superman again. And yet WB hasn’t made any further move on bringing back his Superman. I just don’t get it. I really really hope that someone over at WB who makes the decisions on what movies and shows are made sees what I’ve been saying… Read more »

I also wanted to point out that they did the same thing last year in advertising for DC Fandom. They played the epic John Williams Superman theme song but they didn’t have anything associated with the version of Superman that that theme song belongs to. Now they’re doing the same with the Superpets movie. Dont get me wrong, I’m really liking what I’m seeing for this film, and I am excited to see it, but if WB is using the John Williams Superman theme song, then it really should be used for a Superman movie series or HBO Max series… Read more »

This is obviously geared towards an adolescent audience. I find the Williams theme used for something of this caliber borderlining on insulting.
