February 17, 2008: No Superman or Batman in JLA Movie?
This one is a few days old, but apparently Blockbuster in Australia and MovieHole both received what is claimed to be a synopsis for the "Justice League of America" film received by casting agents earlier in the year...
- The film is about Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and others of the Justice League of America, an organization made up of the world's greatest superheroes must deal with the expulsion of Batman and the death of Superman at the hands of the monstrous Doomsday.
Meanwhile, the LA Times newspaper posted a small snippet stating that now that the writer's strike is over, Warner Bros. are actively seeking to hire writers for the next Superman movie.
