The DC YouTube channel has posted a scene from the “Justice League: Doom” animated movie in which, after Vandal Savage exploits the Justice League’s weaknesses using plans stolen from Batman, the League convenes to vote on whether Batman should remain a member. But before a vote can be cast, he chooses to step down voluntarily, disheartened by his teammates’ failure to grasp the necessity of his contingency plans and the peril that could be posed by a renegade Justice League member.
