As they held the Codex, they knew they had gained access to an unparalleled source of wisdom that could potentially aid them in their mission to confront the interdimensional threat.
With the Enigma Codex in their possession, they retraced their steps through the labyrinthine library and returned to the portal that had brought them to this dimension.
Back in the Council of Guardians’ realm, they presented the Enigma Codex to the council members. The holographic projection of the multiverse revealed that the interdimensional threat had continued to spread its chaos, and time was of the essence.
The council members were impressed with Clark and Lois’s success in acquiring the Enigma Codex. “You have made a significant contribution to our cause,” one of the council members acknowledged. “With this knowledge, we can uncover the secrets of the threat and its weaknesses.”
The council presented the next steps of their plan. They needed to gather more artifacts from different dimensions, and each would pose unique challenges. Clark and Lois had a choice to make:
Artifact of Power: Seek out the Celestial Gauntlet, a weapon that harnessed cosmic energies, from a dimension of celestial beings. This artifact was guarded by powerful beings of light.
Artifact of Courage: Pursue the Heartstone of Bravery, an ancient gem that granted unwavering courage. It was hidden in a dimension plagued by endless conflict and danger.
