With confidence, Clark and Lois declared, “An echo!”
The guardian of the library nodded in approval. “Correct! You have passed the first test. The path to the Enigma Codex awaits you.”
They were led deeper into the labyrinthine library, facing a series of increasingly challenging riddles and puzzles. As they successfully solved each one, their knowledge and wit were put to the test, and they grew more attuned to the enigmatic nature of the dimension they were in.
Finally, they reached the heart of the library, where the Enigma Codex rested on a pedestal. It emanated an otherworldly glow, and the intricate, glowing text within beckoned them to seek its wisdom.
Lois looked at Clark with a triumphant smile. “We did it, Clark. The Codex is within our reach.”
Clark nodded, his eyes fixed on the ancient tome. “Let’s get the Enigma Codex and bring it back to the Council of Guardians. This is a significant step toward stopping the interdimensional threat.”
Just as they were about to reach for the Codex, the guardian of the library spoke. “Before you take it, remember that with great knowledge comes great responsibility. The Enigma Codex can reveal secrets of immense power, but it can also be a double-edged sword. Use its wisdom wisely.”
