The Zeitgeist YouTube channel has released a trailer for the upcoming fan-film “Red Son: Genesis”.
Based on the comic book series “Superman: Red Son”, an alien ship crash lands in the Soviet Union in the 1960s. Its technology is reverse-engineered, allowing the Soviet Union to become a futurist utopia, and the sole inhabitant of the ship grows up to become known as ‘Red Leader’. But this Soviet superpower faces formidable opposition-both domestic and foreign.
This is the first chapter in a planned 9-part mini-series, scheduled to premiere in May 2024.
