Can we please have this crossover? Please? I would love to see this happen in an actual movie. These two versions of Superman and Batman. Also a crossover of Routh and Keaton as Superman and Batman. In fact give me both!!! Might I also recommend a JSA: Thy Kingdom Come movie adaptation of the comic? It could be about Brandon’s Kingdom Come Superman being stranded on Cavill’s Superman’s world. And he joins the JSA to battle Gog. Cavill’s JL and Routh’s JSA could team up. And there could be scenes between the two Supermen discussing the differences between their worlds.… Read more »
This was put together nicely. I really like the work that A-List-Productions does. Great editing as always. Now that we’ve seen that WB’s TV production staff respects Superman (unlike WB’s movie producers), I think this would be great if this Superman/Batman team-up really happened. As much as I love Henry Cavill as Superman, I think that at this point, it’s clear that WB won’t be using him as the iconic character anymore. Thus, I’d gladly support Tyler as the new Superman for a big-screen film.
There’s still the multiverse possibility. So maybe WarnerMedia Discovery will bring back Cavill along with Routh for multiverse Superman movies and HBOmax projects. I see no reason why there can’t be more than one version of Superman on at the same time. Maybe (and I really want this to happen) a multiverse movie trilogy with Routh, Cavill, and Hoechlin as their versions of Superman teaming up along with Keaton’s Batman with other JL members to battle Darkseid, Brainiac, earth-3’s Alexander Luthor, and Gog. So don’t lose hope. Maybe everything will work out for everyone now that Discovery is in charge.… Read more »
You bring up a great point, Superman2878. You’re right. Routh and Cavill did indeed say they are still interested in playing Superman. So, like you said, it counts for something. And the head guy of Warner Media Discovery said that Superman has been left to languish and that there should be a better plan for their characters. So, maybe…, just maybe we can get a multiverse Superman movie, or even that Brandon Routh Kingdom Come HBO Max series that you’ve been requesting.
That’s the spirit! 🙂 As Brandon Routh’s Superman once said,“Even in the darkest times, hope cuts through. Hope is the light that lifts us out of darkness.” So don’t lose hope. And I believe that as fans of Superman, our voices count for something too. Any chance that David Zaslav, CEO of the new Discovery division at WB has heard of my idea? I know that Discovery wants to revitalize Superman, so I suggest give everyone what they want. Which is everything that I had suggested in my previous comment. Why stop at only one version of Superman when we can have multiple successful versions going on at the same time? It’s a smart move.
