Milly Alcock, best known for playing Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen on HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” is reported to first appear in “Superman: Legacy” before starring in the upcoming film “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow”.

The script for “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow” is written by Ana Nogueira, which is inspired by the Tom King run of comics of the same name. Back in January 2023, James Gunn said in a video announcement, “Superman is a guy sent to Earth and raised by loving parents, where Supergirl in this story, she is a character raised on a chunk of Krypton. She watched everybody around her perish in some terrible way, so she’s a much more jaded character.”

While no release date for “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow” has been announced as yet, we will see Supergirl in “Superman: Legacy” when it is released on July 11, 2025.
