The CW has released the titles of the first five episodes of Season 5 of “Supergirl”.
Episode one will be titled “Event Horizon,” followed by “Stranger Beside Me,” “Blurred Line,” and “In Plain Sight”.
While it’s some time difficult to gather any kind of story detail from episode titles, “Event Horizon” does sound ominous.
It was also announced today that actor Rahul Kohli will be returning in Season 5, however it’s unclear if he’ll be reprising his role from the Season 2 episode “Ace Reporter,” in which he played Lena Luthor’s ex-boyfriend Jack Spheer, who became the villain Biomax when he was controlled by nanobots. At the end of that episode Spheer appeared to die.
The fifth season of “Supergirl” will premiere on The CW on Sunday, October 6 at 9.00pm.
