The DC Kids YouTube channel has uploaded a video from the “DC Super Hero Girls” animated series in which Kara hates being in the shadows of her cousin Superman. He tells her “Being a hero takes time and experience,” and that he has the experience since he’s an adult.
Agreed. With this and that Teen Titans Go thing it really makes you wonder if anyone is minding the store at DC. They should take care of their characters better than this. It extends into all aspects of DC’s media but this stuff is grating and annoying, making characters do and say things they just shouldn’t. Think of all the wasted energy and talent that goes into making these…all that work in support of horrible scripts with a terrible tone. Don’t they care about their IPs?? I never thought that there would be a show that would intentionally make me not like a version of Superman or Supergirl. The show proved me wrong. This is by far the worst versions of these two characters. The worst. At the very least, it ties with the Injustice version of these characters.
