“Superman & Lois” Receives Six Saturn Award Nominations

The cast and crew of “Superman & Lois” have received six nominations in the 50th anniversary of the Saturn Awards, with organizer the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films set to reveal the winners on October 25 in an event that will be livestreamed on ElectricNOW.

“Superman & Lois” has been nominated for best Science Fiction Television Series: Network/Cable alongside, The Flash (The CW), The Man Who Fell to Earth (Showtime), Supergirl (The CW), Resident Alien (SyFy / Universal), and Westworld (HBO).

Tyler Hoechlin is up for best Actor in a Network/Cable Series alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor, The Man Who Fell to Earth (Showtime), Coleman Domingo, Fear the Walking Dead (AMC), Harold Perrineau, From (EPIX), Bob Odenkirk, Better Call Saul (AMC), Michael C. Hall, Dexter: New Blood (Showtime), and Sam Heughan, Outlander (Starz).

Elizabeth Tulloch has received a nomination for best Actress in a Network/Cable Series and is up against Caitriona Balfe, Outlander (Starz), Kylie Bunbury, Big Sky (ABC), Courteney Cox, Shining Vale (Starz), Melanie Lynskey, Yellowjackets (Showtime), Rose McIver, Ghosts (CBS), and Rhea Seehorn, Better Call Saul (AMC).

Emmanuelle Chriqui (who played Lana Lang) is up for best Supporting Actress in a Network/Cable Series. She is competing with Lauren Cohan, The Walking Dead (AMC), Janina Gavankar, Big Sky (ABC), Julia Jones, Dexter: New Blood (Showtime), Melissa McBride, The Walking Dead (AMC), Danielle Panabaker, The Flash (The CW), and Sophie Skelton, Outlander (Starz).

Super sons Jordan Elsass and Alex Garfin are both nominated for best Performance by a Younger Actor: Network/Cable Series, and are nominated alongside Jack Alcott, Dexter: New Blood (Showtime), Zackary Arthur, Chucky (SyFy / Universal), Brec Bassinger, Stargirl (The CW), and Gus Birney, Shining Vale (Starz).
