AMC have posted the following short clip from “The Trials of Superman”, the November 20th episode of the “AMC Visionaries: Robert Kirkman’s Secret History of Comics” series, which traces the journey of the legal perils faced by Superman creators Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel.
In this clip Richard Donner, the director of “Superman: The Movie”, remembers meeting Superman’s co-creators, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, at the film’s premiere.
“AMC Visionaries: Robert Kirkman’s Secret History of Comics” is the new documentary series spearheaded by Robert Kirkman (creator of “The Walking Dead” comic) that begins airing on November 12th and 13th on AMC and mixes interviews and fully-scripted, dramatic re-creations to look at key moments in the history of comics.
Good to see Mr. Donner give that interview.
