Mon-El will be getting a more comic book accurate costume in an upcoming episode of “Supergirl”.
The revelation comes courtesy of The CW’s new mid-season sizzle reel.

Looks good, except for the cape attachment. Looks like it has that same panel that Tyler Hoechlin has on his Superman costume.
I think it might be the same suit as Tyler’s only the colors are reversed and the S sheild has been taken out. I do think it looks really cool.
His suit has a collar I noticed.
Mon-El can have the New 52 collar. Keep that thing off of Clark and Kara.

Comment regarding Black Lighting.
I did not care for it that much. I did not expect it to be targeted towards a “certain” audience. I will check it out again before concluding it will be in my weekly CW shows. One thing is for sure. I don’t care for the way they have manipulated the four established shows to make room for this. On first impression I don’t think it measures up to them. BUT in saying that I will watch again.
