At the very least, I would want some sort of confirmation Superman is returning to the Arrowverse, whether it’s back on Supergirl or on Arrow (remember, Stephen Amell said something at upfronts about the possibility of the Man of Steel coming to his show).

If I were King of the CW/WB/DC, instead of committing to a full 22-episodes-a-season series; I’d sign Hoechlin to a series of specials/TV movies. To prevent oversaturation, have him do a handful of guest appearances on the Arrowverse shows throughout the year (not too many, but a few), then either as a Holiday thing like the BBC does with Doctor Who, or during Sweeps, or whenever; we get a Superman special. They can put a little more money into the projects because they can both charge a premium for advertisements, do special limited theatrical showings (in the US we have… Read more »

But the last time they listened to me was when they released Superboy to the Warner Archive…

I like that idea afriend. It keeps the audience wanting more of Hoechlin’s Superman.

I hope for Hoechlin’s return to the Superman role as well Lana2k5. I can only speak for myself when I say that I enjoyed Tyler’s portrayal of Superman. I’m sure others feel the same, and I hope that the people in charge of CW listens to the fans that want Tyler’s Superman back.

If there is no announcement tomorrow about a MOS sequel, it will probably be because WB and Henry Cavill have not reached agreement on a new contract. Fingers crossed for something good.

Looks like they’re not announcing anything that isn’t already done or currently filming. I was hoping for some kind of announcement with this being his 80th anniversary and all. Just a director/writer announcement and Locking Down Henry would have sufficed for me.

The Shazam trailer was okay… There are some stylistic choices I’m not fond of, the costume looks ridiculously padded (look up the British series My Hero, that’s what it reminds me of), but it did pique my internet enough to consider seeing it in theaters.

I enjoyed the Shazam and Aquman trailer, though I think the latter could use a touch up on the cgi, everything else looked pretty unique and cool. Shazam looks like a lot of fun and it looks like they nailed the casting. As far as WW84 goes, I’m still a little trepidatious when it comes to Kristin Wiig’s casting, but I’d love to be proven wrong. Also I hope they don’t revive Steve Trevor, his sacrifice was a huge part of her character development in the first and I think it would be silly to bring him back. Just my… Read more »

I was (trying to) being funny; NY Comic Con is in October, Wizard World Chicago is late August, and Los Angeles Comic Con is also in October. Any of those *could* be where a late announcement could be made.

I’m sorry afriend. I guess I didn’t understand. I was only trying to be helpful. I do hope that the other comic cons will have some announcements as well.

No need to apologise amigo, I think more announcements have been made outside of Cons that at them. For example, Ben Affleck’s bat-casting was announced August 22, 2013. That was after SDCC.
