“Supergirl” Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg has revealed via a statement that Floriana Lima, who plays Maggie Sawyer on “Supergirl”, will not be returning as a series regular in Season 3 of the TV series.
“We adore Floriana and have loved working with her to tell this inspiring story,” explains Kreisberg. “Although she’s not available to us as a series regular next season, as she’s looking to pursue other opportunities, we’re happy she’ll be returning for multiple episodes in Season 3.”
What this means for the relationship between Maggie and Alex Danvers remains to be seen, with Alex having proposed to her girlfriend during the Season 2 finale.
The gay agenda was getting old anyways, I hope she finds success elsewhere.
