Melissa Benoist has shared a photo on Instagram of her and Ruby Rose together as Supergirl and Batwoman for The CW’s upcoming “Elseworlds” crossover event.
Not only will the crossover see Elizabeth Tulloch make her debut as Lois Lane, along with the return of Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, but Ruby Rose will also make her long-awaited debut as Kate Kane, aka Batwoman.

The special 3-night “Elseworlds” crossover event will begin in “The Flash” on Sunday, December 9 at 8.00pm ET, and then continue in “Arrow” on Monday, December 10 at 8.00pm ET, and will conclude with “Supergirl” on Tuesday, December 11 at 8.00pm ET.

It’s clearly part of an insidious plot to undermine the integrity of Superman and Batman and permanently replace them with female doppelgängers,
I suspect Phase II will involve replacing Animal Man with a transgender chipmunk.
Well….they’re certainly taking(or stealing) A LOT from previous Superman installments and using them. Didn’t we already see them do that within ten years of SmallVille??
I don’t know if it’s an insidious plot, BUT that appears to be exactly what they’re doing.
Maybe I’m not understanding your question, but it seems to me the actor playing Supergirl and the actor playing Batwoman are taking a photo together while in costume. My friend and I took a photo like this after her boxing match, except we were both wearing tank tops and it was daytime. Also, maybe I am still misunderstanding what you’re asking, but when you write, “Batwoman?????”, you do know that she was stated to be in this year’s crossover, right?
