The “Titans” series, which is available exclusively on the DC Universe digital streaming service, concluded its first season, with a post-credit scene in the season finale indicating that Superboy/Connor Kent and Krypto the Super Dog will both feature in the show’s second season.
The official character description for Conner Kent has him as “the angsty teenager of steel searching for purpose and the truth about his past. While looking for answers, he crashes into the world of the Titans where he finds an unlikely home and surrogate family as well as revelations that carry more complications than he ever bargained for.”
The Australian actor’s previous credits include “The Blake Mysteries: Ghost Stories” and “The Neon Spectrum”.
Overall look seems ok – trousers are very blue though. Interesting to see if the filming filters effect that or if they have gone for nod towards superman blue on purpose.
looks a lot like superboy, but let’s not gloss over the fact that Thomas Polito nailed the Rick Grimes/Jeremy Jamm look!
General Zod would probably say,”So this is Superboy.” He does look the part. Unfortunately I’m going to have to wait till a blue ray dvd release. I don’t have the streaming service. Does anyone know if Titans is connected to either the DCEU or the CW shows? Or are they in their own separate universe, like how krypton is? If they are in their own separate universe, will they cast their own Superman? Speaking of casting another Superman, what if Krypton decides to cast a new Superman as well? That would mean we would have four different versions of Superman… Read more »
It would be so cool if they decided to cast Routh as Superman for an episode at some point. Ok, I know that it’s probably not going to happen, but I did hear that Legends of Tomorrow’s next will return early next year. So there’s plenty of time for him to make an appearance on Titans. Again I know it’s a stretch. But hey, anything’s possibile right? And speaking of anything being possible, Routh could be Superman again for the upcoming crossover event. If the story is about the multiverse, They might have an episode where he reprises the role.… Read more »
The Titans series is set in its own universe. There is a Justice League in that universe. Wonder Girl talks about Wonder Woman (Diana) and Batman has been casted for season 2, or Bruce Wayne has. Superman shirts are worn by various characters in the show and he is mentioned as one of Batman’s friends. And Doom Patrol which is a spin off of this show talks about Cyborg trying to get into the Justice League.
That makes sense. Thanks for letting me know sman 1938
