In the Super Burger Boy restaurant, Superboy (dressed up in a hamburger costume) looks at the floor as his boss yells at him. Suddenly, he looks out the window and sees Bizarro, just before the entire J.L.A. crashes through the window. Superboy smiles, everything is changing.

Out in space, Superman and Steel ride aboard a spaceship toward the moon. Superman plays with some pieces of wire, molding them into a pair of glasses. He puts on the psuedo-glasses and prays to god that he is not crazy.

In Lanecorp towers, Lois thinks about Superman, and then readies for off-planet travel.

In the Watchtower, Superman and Steel reach the monitor womb. Suddenly, Gorgeous Gilly comes into the room. Steel shields his eyes, but Superman is instantly captivated by her powers. He moves in to kiss her, but Mr. Mxyzptlk appears in between the two, breaking up the kiss. Steel knocks Gilly away with a backhand, bringing Superman back to his senses.

Superboy and his boss stand amid the ruins of the restaurant. Superboy is glad that he is finally free, when he turns around and the restaurant is magically restored. Shocked, he punches the ground, shattering it with power. Slowly, he grins.

Superman flies along the Watchtower when suddenly he is struck down by Ignition. The two battle and Superman is subdued. Holding a destroyed Superman, Ignition threatens Lois. Superman spins and punches Ignition miles away. He tears the door from its hinges, and inside finds Mr. Mxyzptlk in all his glory. Mxy points at Superman's head and suddenly Superman remembers everything. Superman grabs Mxyzptlk by the throat and tells him to return home. Mxy proceeds to say his name backwards, but nothing happens. Mxyzptlk admits that he isn't in control, someone else is controlling him. Emperor Joker! 4Story - 4: A nice story, and the last page would have been quite the shocker if only DC hadn't slipped and let the cover of Superman #161 get out. While not much happened in this issue (as you can tell from my rather short review) it really left me wanting more, and I can't wait for Wednesday to come. Plus, Kelly's humor is always nice.

4Art - 4: Kano was good as always, but I especially liked his Superboy. Of course, we never saw the kid in costume, but he still looked really good. And Mxy looked downright evil at the end. Not much else to say, pretty constant with all of Kano's other work.

5Cover Art - 5: Again, the playing card covers are awesome and it's great to have McGuinness doing all of them. Nuff said.
