The CW has released a new poster image of Melissa Benoist as Supergirl/Kara Zor-El, promoting the fact that fans can stream the first five episodes of “Supergirl” via The CW’s app.

The CW has also announced that “Supergirl” will take a mid-season break after the upcoming seventh episode of this final season of the series, which will air on Tuesday, May 11. At that point new episodes of “Superman & Lois” will return to Tuesday nights on May 18, with “Supergirl” returning for its final 13 episodes on Tuesday, August 24.
The next new episode of “Superman & Lois” is scheduled to air on The CW in the USA on Tuesday, May 18 at 9.00pm ET/PT.
