For a second I thought it was Rob Schneider!
The Super-MAAAN… making copies.
Ha ha ha! Making copies, that’s pretty funny sundevil82. I think that the guy looks a little short to be in Cavill’s suit. Not saying his height is bad or anything like that, just it doesn’t look like it fits this guy.
Shazam. The Shazaminator. Shazamaoroamaaaaa. Shamalamadingdongzam. Shazaaaaaam.
The costume detailing on the Superman suit is so ugly. Especially when you see it next to the Shazam costume. His is really simple yet looks great. That is how Superman’s should have looked. I was always against it looking so shiny.
That suit was designed under Zack Snyder’s direction for the use of his dark color correction in post production.
So the reason it looks so bad and over shiny in regular lighting and normal color correction is that it isn’t mean to be displayed that way. Not defending it, just noting why it looks so bad.
So they added the red accents in post? Why? Don’t get me wrong I liked the red belt but that seems like an extraneous expense for no real reason.
Yeah, I noticed that too.
If they were to use this design again, which they won’t, removing the piping down the leg, up the sides and make the piping around the waist red would be a good touch IMO.
