August 29, 2017: Joss Whedon Officially Recognized as "Justice League" Co-Writer

Warner Bros. has revealed that Joss Whedon will officially receive a writing credit for the "Justice League" movie.

Confirmation on this credit was received via today's release of the Warner Bros. 2017 Fall Movie Preview, in which Whedon is listed as a writer on the "Justice League" screenplay alongside Chris Terrio.

As you'll recall, Zack Snyder stepped down from the film after a family tragedy, appointing Whedon to take over the final stages of the project's post-production phase. Whether Whedon will receive any other type of credit for his work on the film is unknown at this point in time.
