Absolute Justice

January 29, 2010: More "Smallville" Interviews

TVGuide.com spoke to Justin Hartley about the relationship between his character, Oliver Queen and Chloe Sullivan.

TVGuide.com: Fans really enjoy the Oliver and Chloe dynamic. Is there a chance the two of them will get together romantically?

Hartley: Yeah, I think that's in the works. I don't know how long it will last or how far they're going to go with it because we haven't shot that much yet, but that's what's going on right now.

Hartley also spoke with Zap2It.com...

Looking toward the rest of the season, we know that Clark and Oliver have differing views of how to properly handle Zod. Will that be a big issue for them?

JH: There's a bit of conflict and then I think, interestingly enough, as opposed to last year, Oliver has learned from what happened. And so maybe he disagrees with Clark, but instead of just disagreeing and going about his own way, he'll listen to the other side of the story. It's what normal people do, you look into both sides of the story. But in the past, Oliver didn't always do that.

While executive producer Brian Peterson spoke with FanCast.com...

The episode "Warrior" was supposed to air before "Absolute Justice," but has since been moved to after. Will that result in any continuity hiccups?

No, that episode was pretty standalone. The great thing is the network was really supportive in keeping our whole run together, once the postponement happened. One thing to note is that we'll now be one more [week] away from [seeing] Zod [again], so we ask for patience. He will be returning for two amazing episodes after "Warrior."
