February 2, 2003: Dynamic Forces Celebrates 10th Anniversary With QVC UK!
Dynamic Forces have sent out the following Press Release...For all the UK fans that have been following Dynamic Forces for these past 10 years, we're inviting you to a Birthday Party -- ours! February is Dynamic Forces 10th Anniversary - and DF is going to celebrate by pulling out all the stops on QVC UK! We are flying in for a special show at 9:00 PM on February 21st for 2 hours of non-stop collectible comics and fun!
Dynamic Forces President Nick Barrucci has prepared a B-Day Spectacular unlike any other! He's bringing everything but the kitchen sink - from DF's world-renowned signed and authenticated comics, hardcovers, trading cards -- including rare uncut trading card sheets, limited edition alternative covers and more! Signatures will include such famous comic book creators like Stan "The Man" Lee (you may have heard of him), and such television actors as Danny Strong from Buffy and the late Glenn Quinn who played Doyle on Angel. Also, we will be bringing you Star Trek movie memorabilia from the late 70's and early 80's, CGC graded books and so much more!
Product exclusive to this special Anniversary show QVC UK includes: Spider-Man: Revenge of the Green Goblin #1 Signed by Stan Lee, monumental issues such as the "600" series -- featuring Adventures of Superman #600 and Detective #627 Signed and Re-Marked by the respective artists Jose Marzan and Norm Breyfogle. We're also bringing a limited number of the sold-out comic (and red-hot) Batman #608 featuring the authenticated signature of artist Jim Lee! And if that doesn't whet your appetite, we'll also be bringing over Signed Batman hardcovers featuring the work and signature of writer/artist Frank Miller -- "Bat-Mania" will be in full effect!
We really could stop at this point, as this special 2 hour show is already bursting at the seams, but how often does your 10th Anniversary come around? To make this a true Birthday Spectacular, we are bringing over artists Greg and Tim Hildebrandt! That's right, the world famous, world renowned Hildebrandt brothers will be appearing on QVC UK with Nick Barrucci in their first trip EVER to the UK! And since the Hildebrandt's are joining DF for the party, DF is presenting special Hildebrandt's collectibles, including Tolkien lithographs, trading cards, posters and more - all signed by Greg and Tim Hildebrandt and featuring the characters from The Lord of the Rings -- the #1 box office movie hit of the year! And if that weren't enough -- DF will be presenting an EXTREMELY DYNAMIC series of prizes on the air -- 10 sets of prizes with 10 prizes in each set with the "icing on the birthday cake" being 2 different Greg and Tim Hildebrandt lithographs Signed and Re-Marked by Greg and Tim LIVE ON THE AIR as part of the prize packages! That's right, hand drawn sketches by Greg and Tim featuring their most famous work on the lithographs and the whole deal performed live during the 2 hour extravaganza!
