Who's Who in the Superman Comics
Mongal
The sister of Mongul Jr, Mongal is a malevolent conqueress, who will do anything and everything to claim any planet as her own. She was introduced to Superman while accompanying her brother into Centennial Park. The two lured Superman into a vicious battle across Metropolis, one which ended when Krypto nearly ripped apart Mongul's throat.
Mongal managed to escape the melee, and more recently reappeared on Earth as part of an army of female villains which attacked New York City. During a battle with Power Girl, she exclaimed that she was the new ruler of Almerac... the former home of Maxima.
Recently, Mongal died at her brother's hands.
