TVline.com has discovered that J’onn J’onzz will have to contend with an aggressive White Martian by the name of Da’arack who comes to Earth on what is described as a “delicate mission”.
An audition tape posted online gives us further insight into the character of Da’arack, who appears to have been cast out as a traitor on Mars. He says, “Simply thinking that things should be different is a death sentence in my culture. Imagine what that’s like, living as a traitor in a planet of telepaths. My uncle, he believed that we needed a new political system for a new planet. And they came for him first. Within a year, my whole family was destroyed.”
“M’gann, she showed us that a better Mars didn’t have to be a dream lodged in the back of our minds. That all we had to do was fight for it.”
Look for Da’arack to appear early in Season 3 of “Supergirl”.
