How about a diorama where they’re standing back to back ready to face off against actual villains? So tired of this “battle”.

Wow, they really have no new ideas at all, do they? Give me one where they’re drinking coffee together, then we’ll talk.

Also – Batman doesn’t stand a prayer. Kryptonite or no kryptonite. Just sayin’.

@GodzillaofSteel. IMO it’s the kind of debate that should have stayed on the playground and in the comic shop. Not one being serviced by the material. I like Batman but that whole idea is kind of the ultimate in over-compensation. Like it’s not enough that he’s a capable mortal who can more than hold his own alongside super powered heroes, is a valued member of the Justice League and one of the three premier superheroes of the DCU and indeed all of superhero comics and pop culture. No he must also be the unbeatable grimdark godninja of all times forever… Read more »

I know, I used to like Batman when I was a kid, but the I grew to dislike his character the more popular he got. He used to be a cool, relatable character then he had this weird surge in popularity and he all of a sudden became this unstoppable juggernaut. That’s when I lost all interest in him. The whole “Batman can beat anybody if he has enough prep time” thing just killed it for me. Nowadays he doesn’t even need the prep time, he’s just unbeatable. Which, funnily enough, makes him unrelatable. He’s a “regular human” that became… Read more »

When I was a child, I thought it was interesting to see Superman and Batman fight each other. The idea of “who would win” was kind of fun, but it was a childish mindset. But now as an adult, I don’t like to see these 2 fight. DC seems so obsessed with Batman and Superman fighting each other all the time when, in fact, they should be concentrating on more of their “team-up” stories. They are super “heroes”, not boxers ready to challenge each other. Whenever DC decides to showcase Superman and Batman “teaming up” then I’ll be there ready… Read more »

I think ever since the Batmania began in 1989, Superman has been largely overshadowed and batman became more popular during that time, along with the Ninja Turtles and the Manga boom that dominated the mainstream and pop culture. During that time, batman comics and all related media, including merchandise had outsold all other comics and characters including Superman and has remained a mainstay to this day. Nevertheless it became sort of a tiresome meme and subject that batman always wins and able to defeat Superman any given day. Which is sad actually. I like batman, but Superman was the first… Read more »

Superman vs Batman……….again.
This is really getting old. What is it with the whole hero vs hero thing? Can’t they make a team up Diorama where Superman and Batman go up against Doomsday and Bane or somthing?
