Nolan North’s Update on Possible Fifth Season for “Young Justice”

Young Justice

In an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, actor Nolan North, who voices the role of both Superman and Superboy in the “Young Justice”, had an interesting update about the animated series.

With everything going on at DC, with James Gunn and Peter Safran taking the company in a new direction, it was assumed that “Young Justice” was over after four seasons. That might not be the case according to Nolan North.

“We can make another season. I don’t know, I’m not privy to that. I know it’s a hit. I know fans want it desperately. I don’t know, I wish I did. We were so fortunate to get [to do the first two] seasons and three and four.”

North explained how much fun it was working on the series. “As you know, if you saw season four, Superboy had a big storyline in that and it was so much fun. I love Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti, we just have so much fun. They’re so passionate about their stories. So fingers crossed that something gets done. Maybe in the future. I don’t think there’s plans right now. But we always say we’re not canceled, we just haven’t been picked up yet. That’s how I always feel about this show.”

While there’s been no official cancellation notice, there’s also been no indication from Warner Bros. that there are any plans for a fifth season of “Young Justice”.
