Covers to Reflect Different Eras of Superman’s 80-Year History
With ACTION COMICS speeding toward its landmark 1,000th issue on Superman’s 80th anniversary (April 18), DC today revealed a series of variant covers for this must-have issue, capturing the look and feel of the Man of Steel throughout different eras of his 80-year run.
Some of comics’ most prolific artists will be lending their considerable talents to celebrate Superman’s incredible impact on comics, literature and popular culture through these variant covers:

I love the artwork. It’s so detailed and very vibrant. I especially like the first image. It’s very powerful.
The image of Lois revealing Clark as superman kind of reminds me of an image for an add for 90’s Superman show Lois and Clark where Terry Hatcher reveals Dean Cain as Superman. These images are so iconic and well made. I’m impressed.
