Zack Snyder has released a second character teaser focusing on another member of the Justice League, with today’s release of a video focusing on Superman!
Kal-El walks through as displays of different Kryptonian costumes open to him. Having selected the black and silver option he emerges and takes flight.

I think the black suit is cool, but I’d this is the last time we see Henry’s Superman, I would have preferred the red and blue.

I think there’s going to be quite a few “Oh that was really a Zack Snyder shot” scenes in this movie.
As a show on the CW says that a Superman that wears a black suit is “evil”…
Will we already know that that’s what Zack was planning to do next so…

Probably, I can buy that, since there is no plan to continue it with a sequel.
According to Snyder, he wasn’t going to put him in the blue suit until the very end of JL series.
Yeah Zack Snyder was basically going to ‘smallville’ us and only have the true Superman show up at the end of his arc
Glad to see that the shirt rip scene was Zack. I imagined as much, but because of the angle, it was hard to determine if Henry’s face was plastic. Good god, I hope Zack didn’t edit the suit in that scene to be black as well. That would bother me quite a bit. And look, a solar recharge. These are always fun. Because the red and blue was originally the black suit that they had to go back and recolor.
I imagine it’s due to that.
Solar recharge?
Whenever Superman flies to the sun to recharge. I always liked it when he floats and the sunlight bathes him.
Was that Faora’s suit and Zod’s suit rotating in the fortress? I think I know how he got Zod’s suit, but Faora was sucked back into the phantom zone at the end of Man of Steel, so how did he get her suit?
They aren’t their suits, they just look similar (the production probably repurposed them for the scene). The scout ship had a few people on board, on whatever expedition or mission they were in, they were probably equipped with a number of different suits for different uses. That would include some combat gear.
Ah I see. That would make sense since it is a Kryptonian ship.
When this was made, it wasn’t supposed to be the final chapter regarding Zack’s work. This could very well end with a continuation that we will never get to see. There’s also a good chance Superman remains in the black suit throughout as the other installments would have moved Superman back into blue! But who knows,…maybe Zack had enough material to make this more so a completed movie. I know I’d like to see Superman back in blue before the end.
