When the trailer for “Justice League” was released in July 2017 there was a scene in which see Bruce Wayne looking at a hologram of what many thought was a woman wearing a red cape and red boots… with what appear to be tattoos on her right leg. Some thought it was Supergirl. While other fans suggested it was Superman.
Director Zack Snyder has confirmed today via his Vero social media account that the hologram Bruce Wayne is looking at is indeed Superman, as projected by Cyborg.
Well… I remember very well that only Steve (Younis) insisted in that idea… nobody else thought it was Supergirl… or woman’s legs… nor tatoos on them…
i too thought it was supergirl.
This just in: Zack Snyder continues to claw at DC relevancy.
I was looking forward to seeing this scene in the final film. But it got butchered and cut out………Sigh…….What could’ve been….
There was a lot of footage in the trailer that never made it to the final theatrical cut. Which is a low down dirty shame. While I enjoyed the experience…the expectation was disappointing. Even my wife asked what happened to those scenes!? It was indeed a whole different movie. Hope the original cut makes its debut one of these days.
This is another example of how different Zack’s version was over the chopped up cartoon version we got.
