In the latest Superman Homepage Member Poll we asked you the following question:

What do you think of Supergirl’s new costume for Season 5?

While there’s only a 7% difference between those who don’t like the new Supergirl costume (28%) and those who do (21%), there are also quite a lot of you who are sitting on the fence (22%), perhaps waiting to see it when Season 5 of “Supergirl” premieres on The CW on Sunday, October 6.

I still think that it would look better if she had a red belt or a red belt with a gold buckle. Still not sure about the cape attachments. As for the rest, I’m still not sure. So I’m going to have to wait and see how it looks in an episode.

To me it’s just pandering to the protocol of women being “manned up”. Making sure that only hands and face are showing. I know that sounds stupid to some but that’s exactly what they’ve been doing. I would be willing to bet(could be wrong), that by the time the next Wonder Woman graces the big screen, she to will have her costume “manned up”.

I don’t like it specifically because I think it looks like the evil pseudo-Superman’s outfit from Injustice 2.

Maybe Melissa wanted the change because this suit’s more comfortable? Hell, I dunno, I’m not wearing it.

I noticed some light shades of blue at the sides of her hips. If they were red would the suit look a bit better?
