Inspired by the DC Comics character created by Brian Michael Bendis, “Naomi” is the latest DC Comics character to join The CW’s slate of superhero shows, following teenage comic-book fangirl Naomi McDuffie who discovers her own super abilities.
While “Naomi” stands alone in its own universe at this point in time, Kaci Walfall (who plays Naomi) revealed on “Good Day Sacramento,” that Superman is involved saying, “I think that Naomi exists in her own universe, so Tyler Hoechlin who plays Superman in ‘Superman & Lois’ was not on the set; but I’m excited for fans to see that take on Superman, especially in the first episode.”
The premiere of “Naomi” will air on The CW in the USA on Tuesday, January 11 at 9.00pm, directly following the return of “Superman & Lois”.

Cant’ wait for this show….. said no one ever.
I’m about done with DC, from all the stupidity they’ve been pulling in the comics to the flat out rejection of the snyderverse, to the possible erasure of said universe, and now this show’s superman won’t be Tyler….
What is up with DC and WB?
