The editor was Mort Weisinger, and the cover was pencilled by Jim Mooney, according to Mike’s Amazing World Of DC Comics. The Grand Comic Book Database credits Dick Dillon as the penciller. Sheldon Moldoff was the inker. It featured the issue’s third and final story, all three of which were also drawn by him.
