Updated Teaser Trailer for Zack Snyder’s “Justice League”

Hologram

HBO Max has released an updated version of the teaser trailer for Zack Snyder’s “Justice League”.

The teaser is almost identical to the one released in August, but which was pulled down due to issues over music usage rights.

Of note, this teaser does confirm that the hologram that Bruce Wayne is looking at is that of Superman, and not of Supergirl as some fans had speculated.

Zack Snyder also went live via his Vero social media account to breakdown the teaser trailer scene by scene.

I actually dislike that I’ve become something of a Negative Neddy around here on a lot of things (honestly, I hope for what I see as a better future for Superman in comics, television, and film. And I AM cautiously optimistic about Superman and Lois…)
So I’m going to try to say something nice: boy, that’s a great version of that song! And if someone wants to tell me that there is substantially more Batfleck, I’ll sign up for HBOMax right now.

Totally agree regarding Batman. I do not belive for one minute that anything more on the CW and movies as well, regarding ANY of these characters isn’t going to revolve around being politically correct more so than the actual context of these characters. A classic example of that is the newly released article that the CW is pushing forward with a Wonder Girl series. And their making sure everything from here on out revolves around everything excluding, “white” straight males. And it’s not just with superhero characters as well. I’ve had it with the CW. I will ride out the… Read more »

Well there’s a lot to unpack there… Leaving my personal politics out of it; I’m not a habitual watcher of the CW shows, It’s not so much about any agenda as I’m mostly not interested in the characters (God bless the Green Arrow and Batwoman fans, just not my jam), and I was really excited about Stargirl at first, because I’m a huge JSA fan, but from what I’ve seen they tossed what I think makes the latter day JSA so great (same thing with the New 52. For fear of getting too far off base, the original versions of… Read more »

You just look at the unbelievable difference in tone and quality that Zack’s cut appears to be over the chop job JL we got. I said this in the other JL post, this was, according to the WB, UNWATCHABLE???? Are you kidding me??? And we’re only seeing a couple of minutes out of the 4 hours !!!! So far,…..this looks pretty epic!

I agree. I am beyond hyped for this film. Words cannot describe how I feel. Cyborg is the character I’m looking forward to seeing the most (and not just because of my heritage) aside from Superman and Darkseid. My childhood dreams are FINALLY coming true. Thank you, Zack and F you WB…

You know, I really liked Cyborg as well. AND…..so far he has been the only one that’s called Superman, “Superman” to his face !! (not sure if
we’re going to hear that in the Snyder cut) If there’s one scene I liked
in the chop job JL JossW version, it was that!!

Great promo! Hope the mini series lives up to what we saw here. I agree about the song rendition. GREAT JOB! “Hallelujah” is one of my favorite go-tos at karaoke. I never heard that final verse before but I understand that the songwriter had about 80 verses, and more came later (from the writer or someone else? Who knows?)

I don’t think I will be able to see this on HBO Max. I hope it does well enough that it will be available on Blu-Ray or DVD later (Hopefully not TOO much later).

Don’t worry. It’s been reported that HBO MAX will be included for Amazon Fire TV subscribers. Check it out.
