Has Superman made an appearance this season? If so, what does his suit look like? Is it the standard or new 52 version?

Briefly. He’s an a mission with Wonder Woman and the rest of the flying bricks. Conner expresses to M’gann that his absence makes him feel a lot more responsibility on his shoulders.

Superman looks like he’s using his first Rebirth redesign, alongside Wonder Woman also using her Rebirth redesign. Which makes sense because Young Justice Season 3 was being produced during that time.

Rebirth as in the one with blue boots or the one he had after Superman Reborn. (Wished they’d just used that one for Death/Return if they were wanting to avoid the trunks.)

Its basically the same costume from the animated movies, minus the collar, very subtle changes at best. The belt and the boots have a very N52 vibe to them. Phil Bourassa the lead character designer most likely wanted to bring the animated films and this series closer together. Batman’s suit was very much the same, and WW was a mix of live action and animated films.
