The Picturehouse Central located in Shaftesbury Avenue, London will be hosting a special 40th anniversary screening of “Superman: The Movie” on Sunday, September 23 at 3.00pm.
With tickets priced at £17, fans will get to see producer Pierre Spengler after the film, where he’ll be interviewed on stage about his key part in the making of “Superman: The Movie”, and his work on both “Superman II” and “Superman III”. Other guests may be announced.
Please note that the film will be screened from an old 35 mm print, so there may be occasional slight scratches. However, Picturehouse Central states that the film quality is still deemed acceptable.
