Japanese audiences have historically shown strong support for superhero films, making this market particularly important for Warner Bros.’ global release strategy.
Fans in Japan can now secure their seats through the official website and various ticketing platforms across the country. As with most highly anticipated releases, premium formats like IMAX are expected to sell quickly.
With WB making a serious effort at appealing to Japan, I wonder how Superman himself appeals to Japanese audiences.

If Ultraman is the heavy hitter and if it’s true that he’s a clone, is anyone else worried and/or disappointed ? Not that I’m keeping closed minded, but a clone alone doesn’t inspire confidence in Gunn’s/writers decisions with this movie. A clone that isn’t Bizarro much less so. Not that “Ultraman” won’t be a ruse that really becomes Bizarro. Regardless, I am underwhelmed IF this is true. Will wait and see of course and judge the product.
